Canyon Falls Policy Page

This page has explanations and links to all of the CF Policies. I used the words Policy and Policies in the text of this pages so if someone searches on either word it will find this page because we don’t know if they are going to search singular or plural. I am making up the descriptions for each of these policies. I do not know what they actually say but you get the idea. To get information on what documents are actually downloaded we would need to have the Website company make some changes to their code to have it show up in Google Analytics. Not sure if that would have a feed associated with it or not.

Flag Policy: This policy will explain where a flag can be flown, what flags can be flown and what is required to add a flag pole to you property. I will use both flag pole and flagpole somewhere in the text because we don’t know how people with search for it.

Covenant Enforcement and Fining Policy: This policy describes how our HOA goes about leveling Fines and Fining people, how much each Fine is (again, used Fine, Fines, Fining in the text for search purposes)

Drone Policy: This policy describes who can fly drones, where you can use your drone (used both singular and plural of Drone for search purposes) when you can use your drone and anything else you could possibly want to know about drones in CF.

Architectural Review Authority Policy: This is called Recorded 1588 Legislation on the current CF Documents page. No clue what that means but this looks like it has something to do with the ACC so that is why I changed the name. Not sure what to do about people searching on ACC because it only 3 letters and your search needs to be at least 4 characters. Maybe you all can figure something out for that.

Social Media Policy: This policy pertains to three types of social media users: those posting on official Association social networks, those posting as an individual representing themselves as an employee of the Association, and those interacting with official Association social networks. Employees and social media users accept responsibility for all content they post on social media and are accountable for any actions that result in a violation of this policy, and are subject to those repercussions.
